My College Experience

I choosed btech because I want to make my career in tech fields after coming into college I have seen so many students are in a rat race but so many are not and I feel they can make out curriculum way more better to include subjects which can teach us real world Problems and how to handle that in this AI world,The knowledge of AI is must so I think there should be regular classes for AI and yes that should be of good level otherwise I don't think so students will go to waste there time in college as there are lots and lots of videos on youtube so they will learn from there ,The exams are of medium difficulty level I will not say that they are too easy or too hard

My college has an yearly fees of rupees 70600 from second year onwards in first year they took 76500 rupees,There are no lab fees the extra amount which we give in first year is our security money which we will get after Passing,There is a fee amount of rupees 7500 for semester exams , Scholarship is provided to students whose father is not in government service,UP Government Scholarship is the scholarship which is Provided,There is fee waiver seat too in which you do not have to pay the fees but you will not get the scholarship if you opt for fee waiver

In my college there is two major events which is shanknaad and aaveg shanknaad is a cultural event and aaveg is sports event,when new batch comes out college organise shanknaad for them to get to meet with all their batchmates and enjoy there college life ,and aavega usually happens in February it is two or three days Events and shanknaad also is a three day event,they also give freshers Party to Freshers that's called aarohan, Taking about the infrastructure that's not so good trust me they have broken buildings and no canteens which runs ,there is clubs like student Induction Program which conducts event ,the faculty and students relationship is good within the classroom

Hostel charges are 17000 and mess charges are 36000 and the food quality is not really good you will get bored eating there food even so many of us skips dinner usually as it is worst ,they use same spices in every gravy,my wardan is not really chill she shouts alot on girls because of timings and all but yes that's her duty which she is doing,Menu has options but yes you will get bored after three ,four months,you will get Hostel for two years and in third year you have to leave that ,And there are several PGs outside and rented rooms near the college campus where most of the girls live ,the hostel has wifi available into it

Alright so yes I have applied for several colleges during my counselling process the colleges I have applied for is IET LUCKNOW,KNIT SULTANPUR and so many Rajkiya colleges I didn't get into the first two as my marks are not that much which is required for getting admission into that ,And i didn't choose rajkiya which I was getting as they are more into rural areas and I choose my college because it is a government college and ofcourse it is better than any rajkiya college,the admission Process includes aktu counselling Process which has several rounds and if u have a decent percent in jee mains then you can get this college if you are a boy then yes that too general then you can get cse branch at 90 percent or more and if you are a girl then you can get at 89 percent and more and if you are ews then these percentage can go down upto 85 Percent for girls ,The most preferred exam for getting into my college is JEE MAINS ,Overall admission experience was good

The faculty student relationship is not really good or I can say it's good only for first year students ,The faculty student ratio is quite good , Among all my faculty members I do like om hari Shukla sir of chemistry he taught us so well and he is very friendly with students so it's doesn't feel bad or boring to attend his classes, Talking about the exams so there are two mid semesters called as CT which is of 15 marks and most of the students Pass that exam and two semester exams which is off 70 marks and 30 marks of internals so overall 100 marks ,The curriculum can be made more better

There are two girls hostels inside the campus named as apala and gargi I have lived in Apala for two years,the mess food is not that good and the hostel door closes at 5 You can not go out after that ,and yes there is nothing like nightlife it's so boring,You can not even step out of your hostel after 5 there is no gym nothing,There is a canteen which barely opens ,Girls are allowed to go out only on Sundays according to them ,So yeah there is nothing like hangouts and nightlife here
