IET DAVV a good choice

Postive side : teachers are helpful ,you find a good environment of study here if you have a good friend circle,events are good ,many students crack exam like gate ,IES ,cat ,gre etc. Negative side : outdated syllabus , poor labs , shortage of faculty etc.

Courses are not latest but here at IET DAVV as it is a self financing institute so the exam paper is created here and also check here , there are also mid term test or you may called it class test which is of 20 marks there are 3 mid term test out of which best of two marks are added and the SEM exam is of 60 marks so the total is 100.

The placement of IET DAVV is good as the highest package of 2018 was 22 lac per annum which was offered to two of cs students (vikash,Soumya) , however the placement is an open placement any student of any branch can apply the placement of lower branches is not so good as it is an open process so competition is Little bit tough ,but things are changing year by year improvement is also there.yes they provide intern to placed student.

The most important festival of our college is Aakshank which is a very grand event held every year in mid of March and the budget for year 2018 was nearly 50 lac ,in 2018 Aakshank jubin Nautiyal ,zakhir Khan and DJ univiz were the main highlights of the nights ,it is also central India and indore largest cultural program.

The fee for 1 year is 82251 which is submitted in two part 1sem 50251/- and in 2 nd SEM 32000/- for remaining 3 years fee is 72000 ,it is feasible but as per my concern it's high as per the facility we're being given in this college.

Since it is govt College so many scholarship options are here like MMVY Sc/St ,OBC or TFW and railway scholarship etc in MMVY full fee including hostel fee is also refunded back condition for MMVY is student's jee rank must be under 150K and he must secured 75% in mp board and 85% in CBSE and his/ her parents income must be less than 6 lac per annum.

There are many extracurricular activities every month there is a function / event in college you always enjoy. talking abouts labs and all they are not up to marks device are outdated no latest material actually it's the worst part of college. talking about sports so we have ISC (institute sports club ) tournament every SEM and if you paly well then you can be selected for UTD level and further on.

Since it is an new college opened in 1996 so the alumni network is not vast as that of Sgsits indore but a good alumni network is there.the senior students are helpful and moreover it's depend upon person to person wether he/she wants to help junior or wants to do ragging.

You have to first took part in dtemponline counselling and you have to fill your choice according to you rank as received in JEE mains and then a merit list is prepared and on the basis of that Merit list college is alloted.

The faculty of IET DAVV is good as per my concern , however faculty at lower branches are not so good you have to study your own instead of depending on faculty because most of the time the syllabus remain pending and exam came.
