Likes

Faculty is very talented, professional and very friendly.
Curriculum is very good and updated according to technology.
Our library is very good,nice and books are updated according to this generation.

Dislikes

Labs are worst and the equipment are not working correctly.
College infrastructure are also not good.if raining,water is staying on th roads.
There is no college buses for travelling.we should come to college on our own.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is not suitable for real world applications and exams are conducting simultaneously every 20 days.We have to study every single minute for getting good CGPA . Our curriculum is very tough to study and it increases the thinking power of students.

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid here morethan 2.5 lacs by year wise in Sastra university.semester wise 1 lack fees.Total tuition fees, caution fees, registration fees, admission fees, development fees,lab fees and the other compulsary charges during the course completion is morethan 3 lacks as per year

Campus Life

There is no annual and technical festivals in our college.In the library,books are very advanced and correct for our real world future.there is no technological facilities within classrooms.Ther is also not sports and extracurricular activities in the campus.No,there is no social groups in our campus

Admission

Firstly,I applied to siva nadar university which is present in kalavakkam district of tamilnadu.I passed at entrance exam but I failed at facing interwiew.After siva nadar university,sastra university is the best college in tamilnadu. So that's why I joined in Sastra university

Faculty

I like our maths madam name subhashini.she is very good in subject as well as friendly with students.she give good marks in exams also. For semester there are 3 mid exams and on end semester.Exams are not very tough but somewhat they are tough,but they increases thinking power.maximum passing percentage is 95.course is good according to semester.

Night Life

Ther is no gym in our college. Our library is also closes before 8pm everyday.In the canteen me and my friends usually talk and chills everyday. Everyday campus starts at 8:45am and ends at 5:15 pm.Timing is very long but in that timing we always learning how to success in life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Life at sastra university

Yaahh I had appyfor other colleaes also like lpu ,vit, EAMCET.. reason is why iam not joined in that college is to 1.in lpu I got seat alsoo but that college is soo waast and for me it will be more distance.2.in vit i didn't get cse so I rejected it .in EAMCET i am not interested I got below 20k rank but...not went to that .
