Course Curriculum Overview
If one quests to see the monsters, they should take this course. It's really tough one as one has to strike well to clear this course. I have cleared three semesters and I know what it takes. Every student has to come with serious intent as this course is not the easiest of one's. Practicals are more as this course is more about product building.
Internships Opportunities
It's a healthy intenrships that we are provided as I got turn in DRSO while some students of our batch has been sent to HAL. Some fansied doing some extra courses at UAIT and the interest that suited the students we were provided such intenrships.
Placement Experience
Jobs in our field co-exist only with the companies that builds aerospace technology and equipments. So such companies are few but there are aviation companies and our university has collaborated with them for giving us practical exposure and they will be the ones who will also finally hire us.
Fees and Financial Aid
Myself Abhishek and as soon as I learned about this new course I told myself what's happening here and immediately took admission. The university has fully committed themselves to this course and therefore charges 2,75,000 a year. Scholarships are available but so little as ours is a private university.
Campus Life
Rest all the departments like the management or the arts have their one block but on the other hand engineering department has nearly 4-5 blocks. Beautiful as it's so clean and even washrooms, classrooms and all are crystal clear. Our events like Holi, Diwali and Uttarakhand Folk festivals are celebrated like none in Uttarakhand.
Admission
One just have to clear 12th science with physics and maths and they are eligible to take admission here. Even after such relaxing admission things, our course only had 16 students and in the following year 18 admitted.
Faculty
Looks like equal number of faculties and students as just 30 students in our batch and we were the first one do the honours. Faculties though were hired before and and good to see that we got this right. All the faculties love to teach and they always does. So on both front and that's intent and commitment our faculties are always on point.
Night Life
Raasta Cafe and ISBT street food cafes are my favourite. Event the Butta House, The Chai Suttar Bar and others are as good as anything for me and then the street near the Buddha Temple and all are so refreshing that every evening I go there for walk.
