There is very much positive remarks like good environment,well educated professors,home friendly campus and most important libraty facilities. Also negative intend like local people are not good and sometimes students may face problem from administration.
Course Curriculum Overview
Very good course for biology students especially when you are looking for your career in the field of research.In entrance exam there are 50 questions each from physics,chemistry and biology. Each que carry 4 marks.
Placement Experience
Sorry to say this but placement in biotechnology branch is rare.So you need to focus on your further studies. Internship is provided in industries and you can apply for internship in different IITs. Stipend not provided by institute.
College Events
Various events organised by University like cultural fest, kalrav festival,seminars like biofuturity,dance competition,blood donation camp,kavi sammelan,science fair etc National level conference on startups also conducted by University.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible. Total fee of one year (2 semester) is about 67250 rupees. But if your father annual income less than 250,000 then you will surely get scholarship by uttar pradesh govt. about 54000.So the net payble amout will be approx 13000.
Fees and Financial Aid
You can take education loan from bank but it is not provided by institute.For SC ST students there is only 200 rupees fee is there parent's annual income is less than 250,000 rupees. Scholarship provided to all students by state government.
Campus Life
Varoius extracurricular Activities like table tennis ,chess competition,debate competitive. There is also personality development cell where students trained before their placement. Labs are up to date especially in biotechnology.All the equipment are in good condition and running mode.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are not so much good but fine. Rooms are good in size,there are two students per room. The worst thing about hostel is that they are divided on the basis of category like General,OBCs,SC ST. water facility and light facility is good. I will rate 5 out of 3.
Alumni/Alumna
Our aluminies meet sometimes when they come,very supportive and also give information regarding about career. Some seniors very good they usually helps us in regard to books,notes as well as last year exam papers.Also guide us for competitive exams.
Admission
Through the UPSEE (UTTAR PRADESH STATE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION).This exam is conducted by AKTU (APJ ABDUL KALAM TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY),LUCKNOW.You can register fir examination on the official web site www.upsee.nic.in
Faculty
Best faculty in all branches of B.Tech in University. Staff is well educated and professional. Teaching methodology of some teacher are very good as well as also aware students about competitive exam like GATE,CSIR NET JRF etc.
