Entrance Preview

I took RPET exam for entrance in jiet college. It is best college in jodhpur and among top five in Rajasthan. I scored 53 marks in RPET and rank 9678.

Internships Opportunities

It was awesome we learn a lot. Generally there was no stipend given but some companies are given rs 5000 to 10000 were offered to some students which was selected by the process and according their academic result.

Placement Experience

Around 200+ students were selected and the package ranging from 3.8 to 8 lac's. The company's like Infosys, graymeter,acetv, skillrock and many more. The average package is 5.6 lac's.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are lot of scholarships frequently given by the college and last year around 2 cr. Fund was given.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni meet also happen every year and huge gathering will be there and senior students are very helpful, and always ready with there stuffs by which they can help their juniors .

Exam Structure

Exam structure is very strict and frequent. There are two mid terms and one university, with class tests and project reports and seminars .

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.
