Likes
- Learning in peer group here is a good experience, peers are good, our cse faculties are also good.
- Events happens regularly with good prizes, hackathons are also happening, and fests are also there.
- Curriculum is very good, it gives us structured learning.girls isto boys ratio is decent, it's something around 1:4.
Dislikes
- Hostel is 3 km away from college and buses are not regular so it increases our auto cost.
- College is very strict, there is too much system of fine.
Course Curriculum Overview
9 out of 10 , they will teach you full stack, very obviously you have to work by yourself as well, but you will get full guidance from faculties, lab teachers are also very good, lab classes are very interesting.
Internships Opportunities
There are so many internship opportunities from 1st year itself, one just have to grab those opportunities, everything is good here , we get good roles as well, companies giving internship are unlox, Deloitte and many more.
Placement Experience
Placement here is decent, for cse average package in 2024 was 8.83 lpa and median was 8 lpa, placement percent was also good....overall it's a good choice in today's market.Placements are improving day by day.lab equipments are also good here.
Fees and Financial Aid
For 1st semester fees was something around 2 lakh 25 thousand, and for rest of the semesters it is 2 lakh 1 thousand 4 hundred, message charges may increase with time, other fees are fixed. There are many scholarships available like nsp scholarship, reliance scholarship and all.
Campus Life
As we have temporary campus right now, infrastructure is not so good, but clubs are very active, events are regular, social life here is also good, although due to tough curriculum life is little busy here.
Hostel Facilities
Here mess food is good , hostel is also good, only problem is that my room is on 6th floor and they don't provide us lift.Overall hostel life is good.washrooms age cleaned regularly, and we get washing machine as well for washing our clothes.
Admission
I took admission here through my jee mains marks, I choosed this college because of iiit tag, in comparison with other colleges here placement cell is more active, college is good but it needs to increase some more facilities, and I think students should get double sharing room instead of 4 sharing from 2nd year.i couldn't make it to iit due to silly mistakes in advance.
Faculty
Cse faculties here are so good, some faculties of some subjects are new, so.they have little less experience in teaching, but they are also good, you will soon get comfortable with them, in starting it will take little time.here curriculum is very structured, one will get structured knowledge, exams marking are little tough, college follows relative marking.
Night Life
In 1st year....our hostel is 3 km away from college, and we are not allowed to go out after 7 pm, soo no night life, but from 2nd year we shifts to hostel near to the college so it's little better, college is surrounded by mountains so view is beautiful.
