Remarks
The college atmosphere is excellent that a student can live for his next 4 years like his home. Some times the classes were getting bored and the attendance issue is raised. There is no other issue about the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is good enough. There will be 3 internal test other than semester exam.The first test covers first 2 units. Second test covers another 2 units and the third test covers whole 5 units of a paper like university examination.
Placement Experience
Sri shakthi institute of engineering and technology has the accreditation of NBA. So many of the companys are providing job opportunities for students in our college. The college holds the 6th ranking in anna university for placements
College Events
The college conducts many events and celebrations in every academis year. The main one is "KALAM". It contains many cultural activities and performance of students. Another one is pongal celebration. It is celebrated as a ritual one.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is based on the marks of students scored in their 12th board examination. The management students have fees of 1.25 lakh per annual. And the ones who scores best in 12th have a fees of 40000 and above based on marks.
Fees and Financial Aid
They provide scholarship for merit seat students who got highest marks in plus two. And also they providing cash awards for students who score high CGPA in every semester based on classwise and it provide a competative mind in every students mind.
Campus Life
They encourage and support every students sports skills aprt from academics. Conducting events for sports items, departments matches, providing prize money for them, intercollege matches etc. Tha labs contain every modern machines and equipments that a student can improve his skills.
Hostel Facilities
I have opted hostel for first 2 years. The first year hostel is so good and hygene. The mess is also good enough. The second year hostel onwards the hostel infrastructure were getting changed. The hostel atmosphere is so good for a student.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students are very helpful for all juniors. They are very friendly type and helps us in academics and other instances. They conducts department programs to reduce the unfamiliarities with every of them. It may increase the connection or bond between us.
Admission
First there is a simple interview to get the student's expectation about the college and studies. After that an orientation class were provided for management students. After the merit seat students admission the classes will starts.
Faculty
The faculties are the main pillars of the college. They provide every needful a student needed to coverup his dream. They cheerup the student and encourage them in academics and also in sports too.They are so friendly with students.
