My college

On above question i would like to add that the college provides bus facility to go to nearby market so we dont need to spend any penny for transportation. Our college is ranked below 100 just because of its infrastructure i.e. The old academic block of 1960 but thats would be sorted soon as the new academic building is completed and soon classes will resume in it. So if you choose college according to the institution ranking list then i must say yiu need to review your choice beacuse a student of a college can best describe a college.

The course curriculum is as provided by the mhrd. The college has got semester wise exam. We need to give 8 semester exams in a span of 4 years. We have got branches like cse, ece, eee, civil, mechanical, metallurgy and production. Metallurgy branch is very rare in engineering colleges. Only few colleges in India provide this branch.

Jamshedpur is sirrounded by tons of companies near by. So be 100% sure to get placement in core companies if you dont have a backlog. Talking about the cse and ece branches. They usually take 2-3 placemmets. Placement process starts from mid of july and by the end of august all cse ans ece students are placed. Last year our college had above 90%placement. Talking about internships, our college current have such equipments but many companies visit in 3rd year for providing internship, and for mechanical and metallurgy branches, tata steel provide training to every student of this college.

Some events celebrated in our college are- 1) OJASS(Technical fest) : many events related to your branch and trading sectors and many many events cant even mention. Has a total prize money of 40lak 2)CULFEST(Cultural fest):

Fee is 8 lak for 4 yeara which needs to paid in 8 installments of 1 lak in 6 months. The fee structure is different for sc and st students. To obc students relaxation is given according to their fathers incone. But a min. Fee of 20500 for institution and 16000 for mess and hostel is compulsary for everyone.

If income is less than 1lakh for both general and obc candidates. There is full concession in tution fee. There are many scholorship programmes started by gavernment. You just need to check the internet for those scholorship programmes.

You get ample of time to play here but you wont get friends to play with as everyone will be busy in their studies or something. Each year gets all the sport equipment. So you dont have to buy anything except criket balls as they are provided in limited number. It has got 2 big fields for criket and 1 seperate ground for football. We have sports tournament in January where we take part to represent our branches. All the years from 1st to 4th play together to make their branches win the event.

Yes. Hostel are world class here. Very few colleges provides single room to students. Every boys hostel is single roomed but girls share their rooms in 2 or 3. Currently iiit ranchi students are also staying here so for the time being 1st year is allother double room.

I dont know about other colleges so i can't tell if my college has best alumni but they are extremely helpful. All are placed in nearby companie only and they help us to get internships in those comapnies or any guidelines to get into those company. Are college hosts 3 alumni meet in a year. Last year batch of 1980 came for alumni meet. Even our seniors come in placement drives and they guide the HR of the companies in selection process. So we are advised to have good connections with our seniors as they are our key to any company.

First you need to give jee main and then the admission process is governed my josaa. The seat is divided in 2 slots. 1st is the home state quota in which 50% seat is for students from jharkhand and rest 50% seats for rest of the country

The faculties are highly qualified and helpful. Earlier there used to be adolf teachers but now they had got eligible teachers as the criteria for becoming a teacher is very high in such national level colleges.
