- One more thing I disliked is , in coding subjects our college department added 50 percent criteria to pass out exam in rest exams we have to get 40 marks to pass but in coding exams we have to get 50 percent marks in each internal and external
Course Curriculum Overview
What influenced me to choose this course was my own decision as there everything connected via ai that's artificial intelligence so it was my own decision Curriculum prepares for best level of real world applications the level of study they provides is regarding top companies Timing of exams is not bad , 180 mins for coding exams and 120 mins for simple subjects
Internships Opportunities
Name of companies are walmart, neilson, accenture,hcl they hire us for intership later if they get satisfied with your work they appoint you as full time employee Projects are also there fot web development you can make any working website and also have a great knowledge in DATA STRUCTURE AND ALGORITHM
Placement Experience
Students is eligible for campus placement is in 6 sem Name of companies I can't write as theres many but few are walmart , neilson , accenture etc Highest package is 48 lakhs I guess by GoDaddy 2021 batch students 90 percent were placed 2022 batch students 75 percent were placed rest I don't have idea
Fees and Financial Aid
My per semester fees is 1,50,000 and In one year there are 2 semester so my annual fees is 3,00,000 after paying my sem fees I don't have to pay anything else like examination fees etc all activities are included in this only Fees is same of all my batchmates I don't have any idea about scholarship as I haven't heard of any such info so I would not comment on this If a student opt for hostel he / she has to pay 75000 approx for hostel accommodation which includes all (rent , food etc ) per sem it means 1,50,000 for 1 year Or if a student opt for bus transportation he / she has to pay money 42000-45000 it varies if student is from chd the fees is 42000 , some places are from 43000 or something Note : bus fees is yearly (42000-45000)
Campus Life
There are many fests like Rangrezz , love fest, mostly every festival is celebrated recently lohri celebration All books that are good are accessible in library There are many clubs in college in which u can join to increase your social skills
Admission
I didn't applied for other colleges except Chitkara , I had my straight mind to get admission in Chitkara only and I got it No rejection from otehr colleges as I didn't applied for Eligibility for my degree is science stream and jee is mandatory; 60 percent is required in pcm in science scream ig
Faculty
There are mostly 1 or very rare 2 trainers and one teacher for a subject so the faculty to student ratio is pretty good , they are very helpful in case there's any type of doubt regarding their subjects Arouns 7 subjects in per semester in which 1 is Coursera which is online course which is simplest, around 1 swayam course which is very easy , 2-3 subjects are theory based , when it comes to tough there are 1 or mostly 2 subjects which are coding, they are not difficult but a little hard to understand
Night Life
Now our college is 24/7 so hosteler have to mark their attendance at 11 pm ig , Gym subscription is 12000 around 12 months , cafeteria contains all outlets that should be there like dominos , la pinoz , subway, keventers etc Famous hangout places inside campus is Sq1 , sq2 which are cafeterias , chitkara woods , alpha and beta zone Outside are bollywood gully, prime is also near college As I am day scholar I don't have idea about locality that is it safe to roam around at night
