Remarks

Placements are not good in government College of Engineering Jalgaon. But there are some temporary and contract based faculty for teaching. I can't say that they are good enough. Good for technical education.

Semester pattern is followed in government College of engineering Jalgaon and now it is autonomous College so they can set their own syllabus and pattern of exam in which theory and practical exams are conducted and pattern is 60-40.

Placements are not good in government College of Engineering Jalgaon. They are unable to provide placements. If you are gate qualified student them you can get stipend for post graduation which will be credited by AICTE.

Techno Arena is a national level technical event conducted in government College of Engineering Jalgaon and students from all over India are coming for this event and actively participated in this event.

Senior students are helpful in government College of Engineering Jalgaon. But there is no alumni network in this college. Just for a procedure alumni is maintained. But now a days they are improving these things in very good manner.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

The college is excellent because there are numerous facilities available such as experienced staff members and a wide range of instruments such as HPLC, HPTLC, UV, IR, and others. the college has good infrastructure, including a large library with nearly 6000 books and a campus with WI-FI .there are three research labs for PG students, and the college has its own licensed animal house. In addition, the teaching staff has a Ph.D.
