Lots of positive things about my college. The College atmosphere, the location, Garden , Environment, etc. Amazing. Loved it. Negative. Some of the Staff. They are mainly money motive. Specially the lectures.
Course Curriculum Overview
I opt BCA as my first option and BBA as second option due to my low marks i got only BBA, The Course is good. But somewhere it lacks knowledge for me. And I am not satisfied with the Curriculum structure. New education mode must be applied in order to get students interested.
Placement Experience
In case of placement the college is too poor. And they are not interested welcoming placement cell. And there is no internship is Provided in the College. In case of this the College is too poor. Only motive is to giving education. Nothing more.
College Events
There are lots of celebration of occur in almost every month. Mainly Union Inauguration College Day, Arts and Science fair, Commerce fest, Onam, Christmas Programs, Sports day, Arts day and all important days like Environment day, Reading day, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is feasible. Not too expensive. Although college is owned by Private trust the fees structure is adjustable. And there are giving Scholarship to backward students in order to make them study well.(help)
Fees and Financial Aid
Lots of Scholarship offered in the college. In the name of the Founder of the College there is Scholarship, Teachers scholarship And PTA scholarship and more than 15 number of Scholarship are given to students each and every year.
Campus Life
Extracurricular wise the college is best in Wayanad District. The Best lab for Science Students Especially Biology, Chemistry, Physics, botany etc. In case of Sports all Sports items are trained in College there are lots of Space available to practice. Tennis, Cricket, Basketball, Chess, Carro board , In sports segment the best college in Wayanad may be St.Mary's College.
Hostel Facilities
Out of 10 i would give 8. Because College Hostel is very good neat and Clean. All basic needs are there. Good food, water, , Electricity, Toilet facility etc. Also the behaviour from staff are good in hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
In case of former students they all are achieved great levels. They visit college during march_April. Almost everyone at least one batch. Senior students are good. They are helpful but not expect too much help from them.
Admission
At first I applied for the Course in St.Mary's college, Sulthan Bathery. I got admission card after a few days. In that admission card there is a date and time for interview. I went to the college had my interview. Got selected.
Faculty
Half of the faculty are good at teaching while rest of the half is not that good. All faculty has enough knowledge but somehow some of them don't know how to teach. As well as how to interact with students.
