Yes, the curriculum is well developed, if I particularly talk about HR specialisation it has topics like HR analytics as well AI implementation in HR that is relevant in the current job market. To get a practical exposure, we also have business analytics subject that provides knowledge about analytic tools such as Tableau, Excel etc. NEP is also applied in our college which makes the syllabus relevant to the current world, like sustainability practices that is current concern of the world. In the last year you also get exposure in research activities which develops your analytical and problem solving skills. I really liked the value added course sessions (VAC) where we get to understand the reality of corporate world and bursts the myths related to it. Some faculties like Ms Kajal & Ms Parul ma'am explains topics so easily that even practical subjects becomes easy.

Some of the top recruiting companies for the course included Airtel, CRISIL,Wipro, Amazon, Concentrix etc offering diverse opportunities across different sectors. I myself got internships in a renowned company with the help of placement cell. Almost all the students secured internships during the course, gaining practical exposure through reputed organizations across industries. It also conducts internship placement week where students are given opportunities to be a part of major companies and contribute them to grow in their career. I also made minor and major projects during my 3rd and 4th year which was very helpful for getting internships and placement opportunities.

You would get all type of opportunity here where in extracurricular activities to academics. Professors support student and give effective guidance that help students in long run. The campus is designed according to diversity of students whether from different gender, physical or mental abilities etc. There are a lot of student driven clubs such as OASIS, ORACLE, OMEGA etc and I am Joint Secretary of OASIS club. Meraki is another cell that deals with mental and psychological issues related to students. Campus has all the necessary facilities such as library, amphitheater, seminar hall etc.

Admission is according to your CUET and CET scores. I didn't face any problem while taking admission, it was a smooth process. You get continuously assisted by faculties (Ms Rimsi and Ms Pooja Tripathi ma'am). I didn't opt for other colleges as it was very near to my residence, curriculum was great and fees was very affordable. I wanted to do BBA but as I was from humanities background DU was not offering BBA course. Hence, DME was the perfect college for me. Another thing I liked about this college was that the campus is well maintained and cleaned twice a day.

The quality of teachers here are phenomenal, most of them are PhD holders and are experts in their domains. Some of them also have corporate experience that gives a practical exposure for the corporate world. They support students and give effective guidance that help students in long run. Mentoring session is also conducted at weekly basis to solve student concerns and improve them in long run. Parents mentor meeting is conducted for giving feedback to the parents of all the students so that even parents feel connected to the college. I personally loved some of the faculties (Ms Swati and Ms Kajal ma'am) that helped me throughout the semesters. Our course is very relevant according to the latest trends and needs of the market like it has subjects which includes AI and analysis, which helps to develop necessary hard skills and soft skills. Generally there is no night life in DME college. Our college provides hostel facilities. You would be given full assistance for hostel facilities with minimal price.The locality is safe and you can hang out near B block market.
