This course is a new course in which there are many subjects related to real world application. I have chosen this field because I liked computer subject and loved coding too which this branch fully provides. If the semester is short like 3-4 months then it is difficult to study for the exams like the mid term and term end otherwise the course structure and curriculum is overall good.

To boost the placement opprtunities this college has an interniship course if 2 credist in its curriculum. Interniships courses provide an opportunity to our students to explore the industries and make connections with the industrial world. The compaies like Amazon, Dell, GE,etc., comes for internships and placements in this college.

After 3rd year onwards I think the students are eligible for campus placements. And till now around 90 companies have visited this campus and highest package till now is 70 LPA and average package is 7 LPA. Around 1500 students every year get placed from this campus. And my plans after the degree is either landing in a high paying job or staring with my own startup.

I have taken admission in category 2 so the yearly fees of this category is 307000 rupees along with 3000 rupees extra for 1st year students only, rest there are upto 5 categories starting from 2L rupees to around 5L rupees in category 5. This is the tuition fees only, after that there will be many events in which if you want to participate, then you have to pay according to that. Like the sports event, cultural fest, hackathons, and many more such events. The hostel fees depend on the room type like 3-bedded, 4-bedded, etc., in which mess fees also comes named as hostel & mess fees, the mess fees is around 7000 per month for 10 months along with around 32000 rupees caution deposit.

The largest fest that is held in this college is AdVITya which is held in around February or March. This event lasts for 3 days and this year 4 different celebrities were invited. In this fest different clubs were organizing their own events and all were enjoying this 3-4 days of their college life. And if you are in a club then you will be engaged in the club activites. There are various types of books available in the library from your daily subjects to novels and a nice sitting area for peaceful learning. Projector is provided in every classroom through which you can learn visually also.

The facilities in the hostel are suffiecient or enough for a student. Like furnitures are proper like table, wardrobe, bed and a mattress, electricity is proper and mess food is also good and hygienic but water might not be liked by some students. The fees will be taken online only after payment of the tuition fees. The food is given every time like breakfast, lunch, snacks in the evening and dinner and every time the menu is different like for lunch menu is different, dinner different but every week the menu will be repeated.

I applied in the VITEEE exam under which I was eligible for all the 4 campuses but because of my rank I was only getting civil branch in the other two top campuses which I didn't want to take and I was getting Computer science branch in this campus and I wanted to study this branch only so I opted for this college, campus and branch. I applied in JEE also but I coudn't make it there as I cannot clear the cutoff for NITs so I tried for this college. Admission process is very complicated for this college, many documents are required which are obvious also for admission in such a big college, the eligibility for getting in this college was 60% in 12th in PCM/PCB. You need to give VITEEE exam in PCMEA or PCBEA i.e., Physics, Chemistry, Aptitude, English and Maths or Biology according to the subject you studied in class 12th.

All the faculties are very good till now that I have got, all the faculties clear doubts in the class and are also available outside the class timings, the hardest subjects in the 1st year are the Calculus and EEE i.e., electrical and electronics systems, this the subject EEE that many students fail to pass. There are two exams in a semester that is mid term which is of 50 marks and term end which is of 100 marks in which 20 and 40 are passing marks respectively. You should bring 60 minimum from the both in order to pass that subject. And quiz, tutorial, assignments after every module is a must which boosts your internal marks. These is the part which can save you if you scored less in the term end.

Nightlife in this college is very boring as the hostel gates for boys are closed at 9-9.30 PM and for girls withing 7 PM. It means that after completing your classes and eating dinner you have to go straight into your rooms and cannot roam in the campus. There are gyms for both girls and boys and there is one paid unisex gym also. Library is closed on Sunday and on other days open till 7 PM. But in the morning hours, there are many gardens where you can hangout with your friends and near that only cafeterias are also there.
