Course Curriculum Overview

5

The curriculum is relevant and industry- oriented, covering core and practical skills. It prepares well for jobs and higher studies. More hands-on training needed. Exams are semester -based, moderately difficult.

Internships Opportunities

5

Internship opportunities in our college are decent. Students usually get internships from the 2nd or 3rd year through college support or self-application. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Zoho, and some startups offer internships in roles such as software developer, web developer, testing, and data analysis. Stipends generally range from ?5,000 to ?15,000 per month, though some internships are unpaid. Students work on projects like web/app development, IoT-based systems, data analysis, and mini-projects related to their core subjects. These internships help in gaining practical knowledge, improving skills, and increasing chances of placement. Overall, internships provide good exposure, but students may need to actively apply on their own to get better opportunities.

Placement Experience

5

Placements in our college are decent. Students become eligible from the 6th or 7th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and some core companies visit the campus. The highest package is around ?6–8 LPA, and the average package is about ?2.5–4 LPA. Around 60–70% of students get placed. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company or pursue higher studies based on opportunities.

Fees and Financial Aid

55,000 I have paid in first year and second year Tution fees - 85,000 + maintainance charge (100) + Exam fees (350 per paper) + Marksheet Councling - 85,000 Management- 95,000 Postmetric scholarship -57000, BC - 5,000 First graduate - 25000

Campus Life

5

Campus life in our college is good and active. Annual and technical festivals are conducted once a year, usually between January and March, which help students showcase their talents. The library has a good collection of books and journals, and students can easily access them for academic use. Classrooms are decent with basic facilities like projectors and labs for practical learning. The college also supports sports and extracurricular activities like cricket, football, and cultural events. There are student clubs and groups that organize events and improve social interaction. Overall, campus life is enjoyable and provides a good balance of academics and activities.

Admission

I chose this college because it has a good reputation, affordable fees, and decent placements compared to other colleges. Some colleges had higher cutoffs, so I couldn’t get a seat there. The admission process was through counselling based on 12th marks. It was simple and smooth. Overall, this college was the best option for me in terms of fees and opportunities.

Faculty

5

Faculty are generally good and approachable, with a balanced student ratio. Some teach very well, while a few are less engaging. The course follows university syllabus with theory and practical subjects. Exams include internals and semester exam, and are moderately easy if you study regularly. Overall, the curriculum is okay but could use more practical exposure.

Night Life

5

Nightlife around the campus is quite limited but safe and peaceful. Most facilities like the cafeteria, library, and public areas close by 6–8 PM. The gym also closes in the evening. Hostel in-time is usually around 8–9 PM, so students mostly stay inside after that. Inside the campus, students spend time with friends, use mobile, or relax in hostel common areas. Outside the campus, there are small tea shops, bakeries, and local eateries where students hang out in the evenings. The area is generally safe, but late-night outings are not very common. Overall, nightlife is simple, and students mostly unwind in a calm and friendly environment.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.
