Remarks

A student who doesn't want any distractions in studies can easily survive in this college. But for a student, who is focused on sports and other extra curricular activities , is hard to strive. College provides all the important questions , materials and other means to supports to the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

You will be trained with number of tests and exams. The exams will be given more importance. If we fail in exams, we want to take retest untill we pass. This method helps in university exams as there the portions will be studied before itself.

Placement Experience

College does not take steps towards intership but insists students to undergo intership and implant training at various industries and companies. They focus on 100% placement on All clear candidates.

College Events

Pongal celebration, diwali celebration, independence day, republic day, sports day, symposiums, college fest, culturals. These were the events that were celebrated in our college. All the students can participate in the events prescribed in the celebration.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is feasible. They provide lunch for all the students in the college. For that they collect ?10000. The collect fees only slight about the fees prescribed by Anna University. Eg: for me fees prescribed by Anna University is ?40000. Fees collected by college including charges for lunch is ?70000.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is given to students who were eligible to avail all the scholarship defined by Anna University. Also college supports students to avail Educational loans from the students. Following are some of the scholarships given. First graduation, scholarship based on caste, sports quota, ex-servicemen quota etc

Campus Life

Laboratories were maintained excellantly. The lab assistants take care of their respective labs. Coming to sports, sports is not that much encouraged in our college compared with studies. Priority is only given to studies. One who clears all the can participate in sports, and other extracurricular activities.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumi network is not maintained well. They does not give much importance to that. Only during placement day function, some clips of seniors describing about the positives of our college will be played on the led screen.

Admission

Anna University counselling held at guindy campus. Counselling is based on engineering cutoff marks scored in 12th standard. We must take DD in favour of Anna University for a amount of 5000/- as counselling charges. This amount will be reduced from the college fees if we admitted in the selected college.

Faculty

Faculties were ready to spare their time for the welfare of the students and were ready to clear the doubts or other stuff at any time. They take each and every chapter seriously with real time examples.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Students through councling receives great offers in fees structure and for toppers having 190 +cutoffs get more offers like 50000 off over all fees will be 6-7lakhs for 4 years ,and moreover the fees was increasing year by year for the demand of this course and for management students the the donation for the courses is varies for example for cse course the donation will be 4lakhs and fees will be 3.8lakhs for other courses the fes structure will be varied the best part of this college is the food on a week only Friday we will have veg and for all other days we will have nonbeg

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

I have applied for VIT in vellore. I got seat in that, but my rank in that too far to get the seat i needed. So I chosen this college for my career. Find your right path from someone's journey experience

I had applied to three colleges in Vellore the first preference is VIT Vellore institute of technology, and the next Thanthai Periyar Government College Of Engineering and lastly Kingston Engineering College which is nearer to my home. I am not able to join VIT because the course fees are too high for 4 years nearly 3.5 lakhs per year which is not affordable to my parents, And the reason the next college is seats are filled for BE Electronics and communication engineering which I preferred. so finally I joined Kingston engineering college. I availed OBC quota for my admission to Kingston Engineering College. The Admission criteria for B.E ECE is one must complete HSC or 12 the grade in any state of India with a minimum of 65% in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and age should be above 18 years.
