All positve are written above can't find significant negative comments. One thing as mentioned is no involvement of professors for the placement procedure. They on focus on teaching and grades as all of the students would go for PhD.
Course Curriculum Overview
It consists of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry Questions from class 12 and 10. There were two papers in one Day. The base of the questions were NCERT but one need to prepare a lot for the entrance exam
Placement Experience
Yes, it provides internship and placements the stipend ranges from 10,000 a month to 2 lacs a month for different companies in different fields from Core engineering to software development. However not all students get Internship.
College Events
A variety of events are celebrated in oir college all events are in intra hostel, inter hostel, intra college , inter college, inter IIT and intra IIT from Technical , sports to cultural all type to events are organized
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees here is now expensive more than a lac for one semester. While there is no scholarship for students with Family income on an annual basis is more than eight lakhs but many scholarships are being given to reserved category students.
Fees and Financial Aid
As discussed above many scholarships are available for reserved category students and for general category students with Family income less than 5 lakhs per annum. Can be availed by application for provided by the institute with proper documents.
Campus Life
World class facilities are being provided here. Labs have decent computer population. Sports facilities are top notch. One can play any sport based on his or her liking overall the facilities are impressive considering the charges
Hostel Facilities
New hostels are very nice with all the facilities from reverse osmosis for water to washing machines are there plus the furniture in rooms are quite good too. But the old hostels are not in good condition.
Alumni/Alumna
A very good Alumni network one can find many seniors or passouts in LinkedIn, Facebook etc to get help. All Alums are ready to help there junior academically, emotionally and in terms for guiding for career.
Admission
Through Joint Entrance Exam held in 2016 organized by Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. It consists of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry Questions from class 12 and 10. There were two papers in one Day.
Faculty
Faculty is good. Professors are very helpful. Teaches in very nice manner. Exam question are being prepared by them only. Clear doubts on time. Course structure is set nicely by them. Project mentors are also good.
