Remarks
I am dissatisfied with the faculty and infrastructure, but the placements are good.Satisfied because of good placements and the support of our seniors.But in recent times a lot of construction is going on which is irritating.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is very diverse enough to engage the students busy throughout the year. A variety of courses are there which cover all the domains of engineering. Talking about the exams, exams are held throughout the year be it mid term ,end SEM.
Placement Experience
Placement is the best thing in Motilal Nehru national institute of technology.Each and every student are given the opportunity to get internship as well as placement. Internship is also offered by various companies. Stipend varies from company to company. The highest was 1.5 lac to 5 thousand was the lowest.
College Events
Extra curricular activities are held on monthly basis. Cultural as well as technical fest are held. The largest cultural fest is CULRAV and talking about the technical fest AVISHKAR is there.These both events provide students opportunity to explore themselves.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is decided by the central government. Based on the family income there is provision of fee exemption. If below 1 lakh annual income there is 100% fee exemption and so on.Mess fee is compulsory which is 15K for 6 months.
Fees and Financial Aid
State government which is Uttar Pradesh offers scholarship based on family income. I am availing that scholarship for past three years. The whole fee amount plus mess fee is paid by the state government.
Campus Life
The Student Activity Centre (SAC) at MNNIT Allahabad is the main hub of enormous extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. The SAC has played a key role in grooming the everyday lives of MNNITians, cultivating and nurturing their extra-curricular talents
Hostel Facilities
Yes I have opted for hostel and hostel facility is very good. Hostel fee is 0.There are 9 boys hostel and 3 girls hostel. Some of the hostels are being renovated so in recent times there is a slight crowding.

MNNIT - AlmaConnect is the private alumni network for connecting alumni, students & faculties of Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad. This network is not affiliated with the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad and has been initiated by individual alum(s) in a quest to contribute towards strengthening the community.
Admission
Jee Mains exam is held at national level.At ours time there used to be aggregate of both jee mains and 12th board exams. The percentage was 60% jee mains and 40% board exams. Based on both rank is decided and based on the rank one is allotted branch.
Faculty
Faculty is very experienced. For each subject a large number of faculties are there. They are there with vast experience to give us both practical as well as theoretical knowledge. Guest faculties are not that good.
