My SCS college

Election in college is the only negatuve remark that i should give about my college. Every year due to this election only we the students of this college face so many hardships and difficulties. Kindly check or remove elections in college.

You have to give a semester every half yearly. In a half year you have to also give internals , practicals. There are certain minimum % of marks fixed that one need to obtain in order to clear the semester. When all the four semesters are cleared by the person he is declared passed and awarded a degree.

Placement and job opportunities depends on the indl calibre. Campus usually do not come to our college. You need to put your efforts for a job but you can make yourself ready for entrance exams. No internship is provided by our college.

Many events are organised by our college. Like different functions carried out by the different secretaries, annual function in a spectacular way , sports day for atheletes. Cultural programmes , award distribution, NCC and NSS camps.

Fee structure is feasible. It is not at all expensive. One can read with a fee of around 1500 per year. There is no such expensive fees. If one resides in hostel he has to pay some extra amount which is also quite less.

I had availed medhabruti scholarship which is given by the govt. But scholarships are there for toppers of our college. Hence i did nt get one. Hopefully this time i might be able to remove this tag from my career.

Our lab has everthing one needs. It should be in every college. Lab assistants are quite cooperative. They will help you and assist you wherever you feel any kind of difficulty. In sports also our colleg is doing well. We represent our college in inter college cricket tournament , in volley ball and handball and also knce in a year in football.

No i have not opted for hostel. As i am a local , i dont opt for hostel. My house is 3 km away from the college. Hostel facilities and infrastructures are also very good with anti ragging squad. You need not worry about being harassed or something like this.

Seniors of respective deptments are quite helpful. They use to provide whatever knowledge they had learnt and also guided us so that we can be in right track. They had given us a good welcome celebration.

Admission is purely on the basis of merit of your previous course like 12th , graduation. Students are shortlisted according to their marks in the exam and are called for the admission in a definite day.

Excellent and very co operative. They used to elaborate every process with minute details in our practicals. Syllabus wise covering of all the topics are done by the lecturers. Doubt sessions are also available for students having doubt in a particular topic.
