I'll rate my college 6 out of 10. As the college is good in various aspects but there is always way for improvement and I believe the college needs improvement in academics and extra curricular. The college staff is helping and also the classrooms, labs and auditorium are well built.

The course is structured by U.P.T.U. now APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (A.K.T.U.). Since the past 2 years A.K.T.U. has been taking good measures to improve and enhance the course to keep up with the needs of time. Exam structure of U.P.T.U (A.K.T.U.) is very simple it consists of M.C.Q. questions from Physics Chemistry and Maths all of these three subjects carry equal weightage and if one studies well it's very easy to clear the exam with good score.

Placements and Job opportunities are very good as being a ranking college students get the opportunity to sit for various companies interview. Though the college provides in-house training and summer workshops students can either do these or look for internships outside college the college does gives permission to join these internships.

There are various annual fests and competitions like- Annual Literary fest. Annual art fest. Annual function (Kolaahal) which is famous in the entire Northwest Uttar Pradesh. Competitions like Robochamps also take place annually which are organized by IIT's

The fee structure is feasible also there is scholarship for students who can't afford the normal college fees. Various merit holders also avail limited fee waiver seats. Normally the fees is approximately 1lakh per year but for those who avail scholarship get 50-90k reimbursed.

There is a Government scholarship plan which students can avail if their family income is under the required limit. The website is scholarship.up.nic.in Uttar Pradesh Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, UP Scholarship provides this scholarship.

The labs are pretty well, also there are volleyball courts, badminton courts and also there is a good cricket field. The college also has indoor sports like shooting, snooker, pool, table tennis. So students do get these extracurricular activities but yes not during study time.

Yes, alumni can be connected with over social media. College groups, etc. There is a college group where alumni and current students can contact and get help/information if they require. Also the senior students can be contacted, the seniors are very enthusiastic when it comes to help fellow juniors.

I gave the Uttar Pradesh Technical University entrance exam, this is an entrance exam to get into colleges which come under Uttar Pradesh Technical University (U.P.T.U.). After giving the entrance exam the university asks students seeking admissions to give a preference of colleges they wish to take admission in after this based on the student's score he/she is assigned a college/s then students can confirm the he/she wants to join.

The senior faculty is very good and helping. Some faculty those who are new and just working for money don't know what a true teacher should be but these kind of people are everywhere and if students act responsibly they can share this with department heads and can get their issues resolved. Overall the faculty is better than average.
