Remarks
Positive remarks: Good atmosphere, Near proximity to home and also peaceful atmosphere. Clean college, affordable hostels and rooms near college. Its the best college if are a self studying student and not dependent on lectures. Negative remarks: Basics will be skipped. Bad lecturers, no English communication will be followed by teachers and students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Exam structure is very diverse and outdated according to my opinion. The things I have studied is rarely used on field. The ciriculam should be updated every year and also it has to be useful for students.
Placement Experience
There are no placements in this college. They advertise alot of companies but they neither Come nor they take if at all a company comes they barely take 1 or 2 students.And that also they are call centers kind of companies.
College Events
They celebrate fest, and two or three conference every year. Fest and sports are conducted every year and regarding conference they invite people from nearby mining factories or nearby mspl factories. They will not give any coaching to us regarding the things. Its all done for namesake.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible and it's the cheapest in the Bellary district. When I had joined this college through CET then fee was around fourty one thousand seven hundred rupees and the college fee they took around 20k extra for first year. Second year and so on fee was 50k.
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship are provided by the college but scholarship are provided by the government of Karnataka to OBC students as fee reimbursement and for the sc/st students there is no fee. They will get complete money refunded.
Campus Life
Sports are neglected but it's played round the year by students and labs are ok. Apart from them no extracurricular activities are there. They will encourage us to do extracurricular activities but due to the less timings they are unable to do so.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is there that's for sure but the alumni students meet together, but I have not seen any senior students coming back to college nor did I see them teaching other students. This is all I can tell about the alumni.
Admission
Through CET I got into the college via government seat. Based on the ranking of cet i had joined PDIT college (proudadevaraya Institute of technology) college in the branch of Electronics and communication engineering.
Faculty
Very few people are good and rest all are so bad that they really Suck at teaching forget about teaching us they don't even care of reading the textbookin class. In our ece department only 5 lectures were good.
