Decent college

The college has the potential and means to become a great college. The overall infrastructure is okayish but can improve. Teaching staff can also improve as well. Extra curricular activities should be made into priority

The course was fine but not up to industry standards. We eventually had to do training and courses afterwards. We had Semester based exams. The college does calls in recent numbers of companies for placement.

The placement opportunities were limited and were usually restricted to IT companies. There were few or no companies pertaining to core engineering fields. Also, the college did not provide any sort of internship

The college had many events throughout the year. They can be broadly divided into 2 sections. Cultural fests and technical fests. Cultural fests were Celebrated on Diwali, new year etc. Also, an alumni fest was held every year. Technically fests were organised by individual streams.

The fee was on the higher side. You can say that the facilities did not meet the fees structure. The labs especially were not up to the mark as per fee structure. I had to take an education loan also to pay off my fees

The college did not provide any scholarship or loan facility you had to get the loan yourselves. Although the state govt did provide scholarships to the underprivileged students and half of their fee was waived off

The labs were in just Ok condition. Some streams especially computers had a great lab others were not so fortunate. The college had a multipurpose ground and that was pretty much it. The auditorium served well for drama club

The hostel infra was just OK. The rooms were spacious. We had good electricity and water supply. The food was disgusting , the drinking water also wasn't very good. Which led to water based diseases specially in summer and rainy season. The warden wasn't very supportive as well and there was no control of entry in hostel

The college has an excellent alumni network. Every year alumni meet is organised and you can interact with old students. The group is active and helpful as well. It's perhaps the best thing about the college

The entrance exam was taken by the Uttar Pradesh technical university, then a rank list was created. Based on your rank you were allotted colleges after clearing the cut-off. In the counselling for the exam, you could choose which college or course you want

The college faculty was decent but again since the demands in the industry was so rigorous I believe the teaching level was not up to the mark. Some of the teachers were very diligent while others just did enough to complete the course
