Life at GLA University

Not much, college is good, faculties are also supportive and encouraging. Placements wise it's amazing. I recommend GLA university to every student.

The curriculum is wisely planned for Btech. everything falls on the place. There are 8 semesters and things are well planned for every sem. The course focuses on practical as well as theoretical knowledge. The students have created very innovative projects like all-terrain-vehicle (ATV), RC plane, A go-Kart, smart bag, smart bike, solar thermal energy storage in building, etc.

The college does not provide the internship. the placements wise college is alive and kicking every year. it is reaching the sky, nearly 2300 got placed in 320 MNCs in 2019, I got placed by the university itself, and currently, I am working in Microsoft and now the company is promoting me overseas. I have got this life-changing opportunity through GLA and I can't thank enough.

There are a lot of events and sports meets celebrated at the college. like inter-college annual fest, annual national level sports meet, national inter-school competition, annual university gala, annual tech fest, cultural extravaganza, annual management carnival, etc.

For BTech, the fee per sem is 78,000/- or 1,53,000 per annum. there is also an opportunity for the students to avail scholarships. Apart from the college fee, the campus is not very expensive so monthly expenses won't also go much. The canteen at the university is also not expensive and everything is affordable.

No, I didn't avail of any scholarship, I was not eligible for it. But few of my friends did it and the process is very simple faculties help a lot in such things.

College life is not very happening on weekdays but if you want to learn discipline and time management in life then this is the right place for you. On weekends you can explore the city around the college. There are a lot of temples and cafes and positive vibes in the city, weekends are happening, compare to weekdays.

The alumni visit the college and take guest lectures, share their experiences and greet the university for their achievements.

I got to know about GLA from one of my friend. the admission process is very easy there is only one test that needs to be cleared at the time of admission. I decided to take here because I find it one of the best university across Uttar Pradesh, also GLA University is ranked & accolades number one by Dainik Jagran, times B school, AAA+ by CAREERS360, the times of India, news24, etc.

Faculties are very friendly and make you comfortable to fit in. They help in academics and non-academics both. Though there are times they treat strictly, due to a lot of rules and regulations but if you are a disciplined and well-behaved student you will be the most favorite of all.
