The course is very good it covers all the syllabus of many competitive exams like Gate , Csir -Net , it also teaches you many important advanced topics too of your subjects , there is choice based credit system you get to decide your subjects yourself, in every semester there are two exams one midsem of 30 marks and one endsem of 70 marks

There are placements and internship facilities for all applied courses there are not much placements in theoretical courses since my course is theoretical I don't had the luxury of placements , but yes there are good research projects alotted to us.

There is annual cultural festival of every department and annual festival of bhu named spandan also happens every year , the vasant panchmi festival get celebrated here as foundation day with grand ceremonies.

Fee structure is feasible and cheap, any person can afford the fee here , being a central university there is a lot of subsidiy so the fee always stay low, and there are scholarships also to help very poor students.

If you enroll in any expensive course like Btech and MBBS then you can go for loaning , there are many bank branches and they will easily give you loan as BHU is very reputed university, you can opt for many central and state scholarships too.

The labs are very good and the focus here is too much on experiments, you will get modern computer labs too, There are many outdoor and indoor facilities available inside every hostel, if you are good at some sports you can join the college team too, overall it is great in extracurricular activities.

Yes the hostels are good though the rooms are small , the food quality is strictly average.the quantity is there but not the quality, there are good sanitation facilities, and there is also free WiFi available in every hostel.

The alumni network is good but not that great, yes the seniors are just like friends and very helpful, you will easily get guided and helped by them n every step, there are many parties in which juniors and seniors both participate with full excitement.

I cleared the entrance exam that happened in may , then I got a call letter on my email telling about the date and venue plus required documents for counselling, I went to counselling at said date, after three days of counselling I got a mail again that I had been allotted a seat in my course, then I joined BHU

The faculty bus good there are some very experienced professors and good researchers, some departments like electronics hydrogen energy are very good and others are average , few young professors do not teach that great but others teach very well, overall faculty is great here.
