Best private college in Tamilnadu

I love my college, Out of all other colleges, This is the best college I got, Faculty are good, but we have to choose them, Interaction of faculty with students is less, I don't like the faculty of SASTRA mainly AP1.

Best timetable, We have 3 CIAs and One final exam for each semester, There are totally 8 semesters in the college, For each CIA we will have atleast 5 subjects, Out of 3 CIAs, best of two will be cinsidered for internal, 50 is for internal and the other 50 is from end sem exam.

Very good placements in SASTRA, The backbone of SASTRA is TCS, Almost each and every student of SASTRA will be placed in companies, It's very good in SASTRA, It also provides internships, For each student, internship is mandatory for atleast 2 semesters.

The three prestigious events of SASTRA are Daksh, Colosseum and Kuruksastra, Daksh is a technical fest, Colosseum is a sports event, Kuruksastra is the Colors event, Our college students will demonstrate the highest technical events happening around the world, Almost other branded colleges and NITs will come to SASTRA.

It is feasable for government employees, For middle class families, it is somewhat hard to pay, For each semester, we have to pay 66000 other than all other extra expenses, However the fee structure is somewhat feasable.

Hostels are good but hostel food is very bad, The first year hostel consists of 5 in one rooms, For a student, who needs privacy, it is very hard, All Tamil and Telugu people will there in the rooms, All are interactive.

In the first year, management will not allow even one student to interact with seniors, There will be no ragging. College life will be boring. No proper interaction with seniors. Juniors fight among only themselves.

There are two streams in joining SASTRA, Stream 1 will be based on JEE Mains marks, Stream 2 will be based on IPE marks, Rank will be awarded to the students based on marks, Admission will be done based on rank.

The faculty of SASTRA are very good, They are very humble and helpful, Each section will have different faculty, There are numerous blocks for different branches of SASTRA, Each block have faculties, Faculties are divided as AP1, AP2, AP3, SAP, ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, ASSOCIATE DEAN and DEAN.
