College campus is fabulous however one have to compromise with the hostel food. Faculties, seniors are cooperative. Campus having a big ground, and different sections for each sports like basked ball, cricket, football.
Course Curriculum Overview
Among various branches mechanical is one of the best branch having scope in almost every field. From designing to manufacturing etc. Exam is conducted semester wise. Having a total of 8 semesters in 4 years.
Placement Experience
Job opportunities are there but since last few year very few core companies are visiting colleges. A no. Of BPO companies are visiting now a days. If you are branch opener you not need to pay fees. And for masters degree you will get the stipend of ?12,400. No internship is provided there, however workshops are being organized time to time.
College Events
There is one yearly event which is the largest event of central india called SAMVID. apart from this various cultural and sports functions organized by student union time to time such as cricket tournaments etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees are feasible as per the state govt policy. Per semester fees is around 30000-40000 as per semeters. One have to pay extra 5-6k during the admission. Examination fees are around 400 which is to be paid during exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
No i did not availed any kind of loan facility. However several banks are nowadays providing loans at cheap intrest. One can opt from the list of facilities. But if you are branch opener, having a good rank you will get scholarship by govt.
Campus Life
Workshops are there where we can learn practically. Yes sports activities are orgainzed time to time at various level such as inter branch, inter college etc. Cricket, football, kabaddi, indoor games are part of this.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes. It depends mainly upon the nature of person. Howsoever the atmosphere of campus is very nice, greenery. No sort of ragging in the campus. Fully secured and positive atmosphere.one will enjoy the college life.
Admission
I appeared in the state level entrance exam conducted by state govt. Secured rank under 2500 and got admission on the basis of counselling. However one can also get admission on the basis of JEE. There is no management quota now.
Faculty
Good qualified faculties, but some faculties are new and not having much experience of teaching. Lack of core knowledge. The deptt heads are good, experienced and having a teaching experience of more than 15-20 years.
