In mbbs 5 and half years of course. Every year there is internal exam and prelim examination by college. And convert that mark to point. And at last there is University examination for all college students.

Today onwards fee structure is not so expensive. New fee structure applied to university. Every year there is 25000 Rs. For college fee and 500 every month for gymkhana fees. Hostel fees also 10000 per year.
