Remarks

Positive is that there is complete freedom.Negative is the same.Campus politics is string and as a result students are deviated from studies.Parties make students as their instruments to establish their power.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is very good.This college has the best course in the Kerala University.There are 6 semesters and for each semester we have about 5-6 papers.We hvae to pass all the exams,only then we get the degree certificate.

Placement Experience

There are placement drives conducted at college.We should apply ourselves to the company we would like to join and get in through the interview and GD to get the job.No the college doesn't have any internship system.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible.Govt fee,no extra charged.Not at all expemsibe as compared to private colleges.This is an aided college so only a nominal fee charged by the university is being asked from us.No extra amounts.

Campus Life

They are very good.The college cricket team is university champions.There is a good cricket ground in the college made in association with District Cricket Council.Labs are not good and conditioned.College also emcourages other sports a lot.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes,we are connected regularly and make activities upon needed.When flood comes in Kerala , we come together to support the needy.Also we built homes for students and others om some occassions when we find it necessary.

Admission

Through Govt single window system.Its purely meritorious.It is applied online and we can see our allotment to the colleges we have applied online itslef in our dedicated account in university website.

Faculty

Faculty is highly qualified and they have all the skills and knowledge about what to teach.Since some senior faculties have retired current year,I dont know more about the newnfaculty or about the upcoming faculties.

Good college with scope of improvement in some fields.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like the business and finance so that's why i choose this field. Somehow this curriculum doesn't prepare me fully for real world but accounting is prepared me for industrial work. In that course college should visit student to company for gaining practical knowledge. Exams is on semester basis or after 5 to 6 months when syllabus of particular semester completed. It is difficult but not like that someone who study got fail.

Both the things be it placements or the internships, they are top class. Since our course was related to Financial Markets, companies like Axis Capital, Reliance Mutual Funds and likewise the companies that deals in security markets were the ones that have us jobs. Average placements of B.Com in Financial Markets were around 5 lakhs.

I hot admission in the college on the basis of 12th percentage. One needs to get atleast aggregate 50% to be eligible for applying and after that one needs to go through several interview rounds.
