The review of IIITA

No negative remarks. The college experience has overall been good. The only problem is the food and living standards here and the surroundings. It is not in the heart of the city but the campus is good enough to not regret.

Exam structure is midsem and endsem pattern. The structure is not hectic. So its good as you get time for extra curricular activites and self improvement. However we do have 75% attendance mandatory rule.

The placements and job opportunities are abundant in IIITA. The placement team has been doing a very great job in regards to this. The college dose offer research internships for students all over India. The students of this college also get internship opportunities on campus from various companies.

The college all the events as any other college even though the college has very less population. We have a technical fest called Aparoksha, cultural fest called Effervescence and a sports fest called Asmita.

The fee structure of our college is affordable as it is a central government college. It is not expensive at all. It also offers waivers for SC/ST students. It overall not expensive including the mess and hostel fee.

The college offers scholorships for students who have poor economical background. The college also offers scholarships for students who perform outstanding in academics irrespective of income of their parents.

The extracurricular activities in our college has been decent. We have all types of clubs including sports, dance, music ,arts and literature. We also encourage technical activities like web development, app development , competitive coding etc.

6/10. The hostel is not bad and the food is worse as any other college. The hostel has good number of amenities including recreations like pool table, TV, gym etc. The rooms have all the basic ammenities.

They are pretty helpful as they do guide you on which path to take and your choices when you are not well verse with the environment. overall, the seniors and alumni have been very helpful. You do get referalla from alumni too

Via JOSAA. We took the joint entrance exam which decided the rank and according to which you will get good colleges. I was getting many NITs and IIITs and I chose IIITA for its name and brand. The admission has been smooth.

The faculties have expertise in their fields. the faculties are post graduates and doctorates from renowned colleges and universities. They have in depth knowledge in what they teach even though they might not be the best "teachers".
