BITS is magic. It is a nonprofit institution and it's education levels are at standards of top foreign universities. It is one of a kind University in India where focus is on all round development of students.

Syllabus is same as jee syllabus , And has easier questions than jee. It is an online exam with 40 physics, 40 chemistry,45 maths ,15 English, and 10 logical reasoning questions. Exam is for 180 minutes and 150 question. So it's a time based exam which needs high accuracy.

There are two practice school programs as a part of the academic course which is a one of a kind program in the country wherein u do internship at different companies based on your branch. Since it's an elite institution it's placements are top notch.

There is an event every day at BITS Pilani Goa campus, students get to participate and also organise various events giving you enough soft skills and ability to manage things. Waves is the most famous event here , it is for 4 days wherein a few celebraties come and perform. We also invite other college students here. U can say it is festival of Goa.

It is a bit expensive compared to other elite universities. But you pay for what you get. Since it is not a government funding University , The management gets no funds from government. It is not easy to provide this high quality professors without government funding.

There are many types of scholarships granted to students and there is also loan facility which is very comfortable option. Some of the scholarships are 1) merit based scholarships 2) merit cum need scholarship 3)aspire scholarship

We have many many labs, Each hostel has a common room where u have board games and there is a student activity center with gym and all sports facilities.

The hostels which the first yearites get are newly built and they are very good and well planned with spacious rooms. First year people will get double sharing rooms and there are 30 rooms on each floor, don't worry they are very spacious.washrooms are also very clean.

BITS alumni network is a very special one , you get help from them for your placements, higher studies in foreign country and much more. They say in BITS, help is always given to the one who asks. It has 0 ragging policy.
