Course Curriculum Overview

This college provides 2 year full time MBA programme. The college is affiliated to VTU Belgaum and here students have option two choose dual stream specialisation (MARKETING/FINANCE/HR). There are total four semester and each semester have 6 or 7 exams to clear.

Placement Experience

Last year few students got placed in some MNCs and most of the company visiting for placement is BPOs. There is no 100% placement for the students and those who got placed are switching jobs after certain time.There are two internship and project work but we need to choose company as our wish.

1.STUDENTS ASSOCIATION- we had association for students which conducts extra curricular activities like group discussion, public speaking skill, short film creation etc. 2. ANNUAL DAY 3. ELECTION 4.SPORTS DAY 5.MANAGEMENT FEST 6.INTERCOLLEGE FEST 7.FOUNDERS DAY 8.FAREWELL

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is around 2.5 lakhs for 2 year. Apart from that hostel and mess fees required as per your preference. They provides bank assistance for education loan for those who required loan. It is not expensive compared to other college.

Fees and Financial Aid

College offers scholarship programme for the students. This scholarship from state government and student who are belong to karnataka state only will get scholarship. In addition to that bank provides special assistance for taking education loan from various banks.

Campus Life

KVG COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING offers a wide platform for discover your hidden talents. You can became a master on your interested field. Every tuesday and thursday students conducts activities for the growth of students in specific field. College have a fantastic and well equipped computer lab and also have all facilities for sports aspirants.

Alumni/Alumna

It is a best college for the students who belongs to middle class family and want to pursue MBA. The college is located in semi-urban area, the companies which are visiting college for placement are not upto the mark.

Admission

The student who like to pursue MBA from this college has to write any MBA entrance exam(CAT,MAT,CMAT,KMAT). Then student can approach the college administrative office for admission. While they will collect all cetificates and entrance test score card. After few days they will call you regarding to your admission

The college have experienced faculty team to mould a student as per the corporate world requires.The faculties are conducting some extra curricular activities to provide some practical knowledge. Sometime the same faculty teaches two subjects when the shortage of faculty occurs.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Practically 80% of my 2020 batch was given job offer by top recruiting organizations like Amazon, iGate, Accenture, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, DE Shaw & Co. Typically the average package they offered to people was around 3- 4 lakhs and the highest was way up to 10 lakhs. Our College possessed an active location cell that functioned hard to provide recruitment and other job opportunities to us.

The college environment is good.
