The positives of this college is that they will help us in all ways and whatever happens we can always go to the faculty members and tell the issue. Another positive is that it is an anti-ragging college. If caught they will report it to the police as the safety of the students are their first priority. A negative about the college is that they do not keep extra classes for the students lacking their studies. It is very important to have extra classes to help and make them understand so that they don't feel left out.

The course teaches us alot on how the newspaper, radio, television organisation works and alot about how to handle the camera and edit videos and many more. We will be given activities and records based on our subject. We have photography record, internship record, magazine production record and many more. The exam will be conducted each semester. The first will be the midterm exam and then comes the model exam in between these two exams there will be an mcq exam. The paper will be on 75 marks and the rest are internal marks which makes it upto a 100 marks. Finally we have the semester end exam which is the main exam and that too on 75 marks. All three exams will have 5 marks 5 questions each and 10 marks 5 questions.

Placements and job opportunities is available but only for the final year or the 3rd year students. A team of people will come from different companies to interview and test our skills. The college does all the necessary arrangements for us to do well in the interview. No internships are provided from the college.

The first event which our college will conduct is the Freshers day. It is for all the new comers to show their talent to all the students. We celebrate pongal, ethnic day where we can come dressed in traditional wear. Then we have the short film festival where all short films from different colleges are played. The big event for our course in this college is the Avtar film festival. Many award winning short films and other programs will be held making the event grand.

The fee structure in this college depends on what course you're studying. For my course in the 1st semester we have to pay around 65,000rs and then the next semester the amount reduces. It later on becomes 55,000rs and now i paid around 47,000rs. It is a bit expensive as it is per semester.

Scholarship are only applicable for the students in the sports quota. Basketball is the main sport in our college. The team members doesn't have any other expenses as the college takes up the responsibility. The fee and hostel fees is borne by the management as they have been selected to the team. No form of loan facilities are offered from my college.

The college arranges sports matches for cricket ,football, volleyball and basketball. We have a small functioning gym with a few good equipments. We have 2 labs in each block. In my block we have the short film production lab, another lab to design magazines and create animations etc. In our block there are bio-tech and english students. The science department also have a lab for their students to do experiments and learn new things.

Our seniors were really helpful and friendly. They showed us around and explained how the college functions and other new things. The first time i came for admission a senior student showed me where to apply and told me how much they were liking the college. Each time we approach them they give us good advices and help us in our projects.

I visited the college after my finishing my 12th grade. I came with all of my mark lists and certificates. We presented them at the head of department and asked a few questions. The admission was spot on because i had an above average score. I got the admission and paid the fees to book my seat in the college.

The faculty members are friendly and very helpful. If we need anything like any of the equipment they'll provide us with it. They will clear out all the doubts we have. We can approach them at any time and are likely to give us tips and techniques on how to pursue a goal. The faculty also provides us on-duty leave to work on any of our own projects.
