Remarks
The campus is the -ve point as the campus is small. But everything else is great. Free Wifi to students. 5-6 canteens. Near by eateries. Everything else is great. Just the campus life is deprived, but if you want to study hard, this is the place to be.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college is Gujarat Technological University affiliated and GTU is one of the best ranked universities in india. The degree is acceptable all over the globe. Exam pattern changes according to the college and GTU curriculum. It is not constant for every batch.
Placement Experience
Placement cell here is better than most colleges in the city and many companies come here. Most students who opt for placement get placed. Average salary is around 1.5 and highest package is aroung 15 lakhs.
College Events
The college has many events. Cultural and technical. But most importantly the events the college participates into. Basically the college sends students to various state, national and international events and the win ratio is very impressive as we have won many competitions. Thus reputation at stake is high.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is simple. Fee has to be paid annually or twice ( each semester ). Discount is given when paid annually. Fees is around 85000 and depends on scholarship. Scholarship holders on basis of merit pay less fees around 40000-60000 annually.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are given to merit based students. Fees cut is applied to about 50%. Other govt programs are also available such as tution fee waiver for poor students who only have to pay 1500 per year. Which is very less compared to the actual fees.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities are main attraction in this college. The college participates in lots of competitions and we have won almost each of them against thr big sides such as IITs etc. SAE baja, Hackathons, HPVC etc. The sports culture is great as national and state level sports also occurs.
Hostel Facilities
I haven't taken hostel but the services given is decent. Depends on the requirements. The hostels are near college in a walking distance and food is also decent. A.C and Non-A.C rooms are available. Private hostels are also available.
Alumni/Alumna
The students alumni is great and all are helpful. The network reaches out to as far as Germany and is big. Students have gained successful positions worldwide depending on the skills. Ex students help the pass outs every where in a possible manner.
Admission
The admission process is followed by JEE and NEET. ACPC form is to be filled to get admission in colleges in gujrat. The college also accepts management quota. The JEE or NEET marks are filled in ACPC form, followed by a merit list. The merit list rank gives the admission process a green light for the college.
Faculty
Faculty is well educated and they know what they are doing. Faculty qualifications are high as most are IIT and NIT pass outs. Every faculty is a masters degree pass out. Mechanical branch specially is the jewel of the college.
