Remarks
Overall, this college is good for the students who are economically poor. Fee structure is affordable. Study is good. Placements are good. But the college is far from the city. That is the biggest negative impact on college.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's nice and mostly self study is preferable. Don't expect much from faculty. Easy to get pass but you have a lot of free time to do some other things like nptel or any other software courses. Technical fests are not upto the mark.
Placement Experience
No internships are provided here. Placements are good. Mostly all eligible candidates get placed but they prefer mostly for higher studies. Coming to the package discussion do not expect higher packages.
College Events
Every year each department do their own technical fest by conducting some workshops and other cultural events. College management perform the event of Annual day every year. At very beginning of academic year there is an interaction day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
If you belong to the non oc community than your fee will be less than 20000 here. You get scholarships. Children of Government employee won't get any scholarships or fee reimbursement. OC students get fee reimbursement but not scholarship.
Fees and Financial Aid
No loans are provided by the college. But there are many scholarship schemes based on the category of students. Jnana Bhumi and some other merit scholarships are given here for the eligible candidates.
Campus Life
You have fine infrastructure and labs here for my department electronics and communication engineering. Better to ask other department students for other's labs. For sports students this is the best college. You have an indoor stadium and big ground too.
Alumni/Alumna
Mostly the seniors opt for higher studies. Very few went for jobs. Some will take coaching for different exams like Gate or cat or some other exams. Seniors are helpful in some ways but not that much as expected.
Admission
I have gone through the eamcet exam. I got a rank 2983. I'm belongs to the community of OC. I have listed my options in counseling. I got it in third round. Later I reported and joined. I'm belongs to ECE
Faculty
They are good. But not the best. Better to know that self study is good here. They clear your doubts if you ask and they'll tell about whate are text books you have to refer and what are the materials you have to study for competitive exams.
