Students and teachers are on a tight schedule and thus only a few free periods as well as other programs like arts fest cultural fest, etc. That was the only drawback I saw in our college. Nothing else
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus has been very lengthy and some are not relevant, especially first year but this gets a bit more solved when coming to the core subjects of higher semesters. KTU is trying its maximum to reduce the syllabus.
Placement Experience
The college is soon going to be NBA accredited and the placement status at present is now going to be the top among other colleges there are many opportunities that the staff and faculty arrange for placement training and internships are also provided by them.
College Events
This year our college has inaugurated its first inter-college tech fest and there are fewer programs and events when compared to other colleges, especially government engineering colleges. Similarly, there is a sports day, and an art day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Even though the college provides scholarships for those with academic excellence, other facilities like the college bus fee, etc have been very high and there is no mess cut for day scholars who go through college buses but hostellers get it every semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
The one main thing of attraction to the college is the scholarship that it provides for those with marks above 90 in mathematics plus two they can study for 8,500 per year and they've set certain criteria for maintaining the scholarship too
Campus Life
Labs have all the equipment and they are really really efficient in providing practical knowledge to every student and we have a very good football and basketball court but pt periods are very rarely given.
Alumni/Alumna
They've always been very helpful. One of the main advantages of this college is its strictness. Thus there is no ragging or any other bullying against juniors. They all are very friendly and open and always give us tips.
Admission
Came to know that the placement and facilities available at the college are very nice and Have seen many good articles about the college in the newspaper and through other relatives and friends. The hostel and canteen are also very nice and NBA accreditation is also on the way.
Faculty
Almost all the faculties in the college are very friendly to students and they are available when needed and they are very much dedicated to the course and they always support us and guide us in many ways.
