My Sight for my college

Our college is needed to have a university certificate and needed well-deserved food. faculty need to improve their teaching skills. The mess should be contracted to better contractors. Need to improve available things for games and sports.

We have two semesters for a year. Each semester we would conduct monthly tests thrice. But the best two monthly tests will be considered for 30 marks. Every weekend we will have a test for 10 marks. On average 5 best test marks will be averaged and added to final marks. So remaining 60 we would have final end semester exam.

As per the college, this is an information technology-based college so mostly IT companies get here for campus placement. Core companies may offer rarely. Internships are allowed to take inside or outside of the college as per student interest.

Early in the year, we have fresher's day. We have a technical fest. Youth fest. Weekend relief meetings. Cultural programs like Cygnus i.e. annual Day. In middle, we celebrate the local regional festivals with permission from the head of the college.

For poor background students, the government will pay fee reimbursement and for job holders, they have to pay the total fee. This is an integrated BTech, for inter 36k and for engineering 40k fee. If we can't that much of fee college had a bank that could give loan.

This college was basically established for students who have poor backgrounds and who cannot afford fees in private colleges. The government pays 90 percent of the fee through reimbursement for unemployed family backgrounds and for employees they have to pay the total fee. And remaining fee can also be paid by taking a loan in a college bank itself.

In academics, labs are part of it. Labs are highly technical and well equipped with the latest equipment. For every batch, they will keep sports and athletics. Extracurricular activities like cultural programs and technical fests are arranged as per the schedule and they are well implemented.

As this college is started right back 10 years ago. So infrastructure must be depleted because of water usage. Academic blocks are well and can be strong for more years. Mess is the only problem that these students are facing difficulties to adjust. Except that everything in the college is well and good.

Yes, they are helpful. Senior students who passed out recently have started RGUKT-IIIT Alumni. They maintain connections to every student to the college they bring inspiration and strength to the students in the college. Seniors in the college give suggestions and help for us to guide for future.

After completion of the 10th, I kept the application online. so in the merit list, I didn't get a seat in this college. So I was disappointed at first but I waited for the second list to be announced. After some days they announced the second list also but I didn't find my name on that list. I am deeply disappointed with that. Later long discussion of my family I was asked to join a private local college, but then n there our educational minister noticed that all manual students are not taken in this list.

Senior faculty are the best skillful teachers. But junior faculty faces problems in teaching subjects. But on average good teaching, we received along many years. But when it comes to the engineering level senior faculty are more helpful than the junior faculty.
