Academic Qualification

• A Level: Grades BBB, including two subjects from Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Biology, or Nutrition.
• BTEC Level 3 National Diploma: DM + A Level Grade B (optional units 8-14, 17-22).
• BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma: DDM (acceptable optional units 8-14, 17-22).
• BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate: D + A Level Grades BB (one from Chemistry, Physics, or Biology).
• Irish Leaving Certificate: Five H3 grades, including 2 from Biology, Chemistry, Maths, or Physics.
• International Baccalaureate: 26 points, 13 at Higher Level, including Chemistry and one science subject.
• GCSE: Grade C/4 in English, Maths, and Chemistry or Double Award Science.
• Access to HE: Science-based courses, 65% overall with 65% in Level 3 modules.
• HND/HNC HND: (Merit, 60 Distinctions) / HNC (Distinction, 90 Distinctions).
• Additional Requirements: Criminal records check, health check, and necessary vaccinations.

• DM + A (BTEC Level 3 National Diploma + A Level): Distinction and Merit in Diploma plus Grade B in one A Level.
• DDM (BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma): Distinction, Distinction, Merit.
• D + A (BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate + A Levels): Distinction in Certificate plus two A Levels with Grades BB.
• HNC: Higher National Certificate.
• HND: Higher National Diploma.

• Indian Standard XII (All Boards): Overall 60% with 60% or above in 5 subjects.
• 3-Year Diploma: Diploma in Engineering or Technology with overall 60%.

English Language Requirement

• IELTS Academic: 7.0 overall and 6.5 in each component.
• PTE Academic: 66 overall with a minimum of 61 in each part.
• TOEFL iBT: 100 overall with minimum scores of: Listening: 22, Reading: 24, Speaking: 25, Writing: 24.
• Cambridge Advanced English (C1 Advanced): 185 overall with no element below 162.
• Cambridge Proficiency in English (C2 Proficiency): 185 overall with no element below 162.
• LanguageCert International ESOL: Overall 75, with no element below 70.
• Skills for English: SELT: C1 Pass.
