KLU M.Tech PED Fees
The M.Tech Power Electronics and Drives program at KL University is priced at Rs. 62,500 per semester, amounting to Rs. 1,25,000 per year and Rs. 2,50,000 for the full 2-year course. - The fee structure is based on the 2025-26 academic year; fees for 2026-27 may be subject to revision.
- Admission fee of Rs. 16,000 is payable at the time of admission. KLU Alumni students receive a waiver on the admission fee.
- Hostel fees are optional and not included in the Total Academic Fees. Hostel charges include mess fee (Rs. 89,500), GST (Rs. 4,475), room rent (varies by room type), electricity deposit, and a one-time non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 5,000.
- Electricity charges are paid extra through prepaid meters and adjusted from the electricity deposit.
- Fees can be paid in 2 instalments per year (at the time of each semester registration).
- Scholarships are applied on the merit fee component only; students pay the fee first and the scholarship is credited by the university as per eligibility norms.
