Nirma M.Tech Semiconductor Technology Fees
The M.Tech Semiconductor Technology programme at Nirma University is competitively priced for a NAAC A+ accredited private university. The annual tuition fee is Rs. 2,94,000, and with other one-time and recurring charges, the total cost for the 2-year programme comes to approximately Rs. 6,24,500 (excluding hostel). The refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000 is returned upon programme completion. Hostel facility is available on campus (optional) at additional cost.

- The refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000 is returned at the end of the programme subject to no dues.
- Eligibility certificate fee of Rs. 1,000 is applicable only for candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from a university other than Nirma University.
- Application form fee is Rs. 1,250 (non-refundable), payable at the time of applying.
- Fees are subject to revision by the competent authority.
- Hostel fees are optional and not included in the above total.
- Hostel accommodation is available on campus with options ranging from non-AC shared rooms to AC single/double rooms.
- Approximate hostel charges (including mess) range from Rs. 1,38,000 to Rs. 2,03,000 per annum depending on room type.
- Cheques or DDs should be as per CTS-2010 standards.
