Nirma M.Tech VLSI Design Fees

The M.Tech (VLSI Design) programme at Nirma University follows the same fee structure as all M.Tech programmes at the Institute of Technology for 2026-27. The annual tuition fee is Rs. 2,94,000, and with other charges and deposits, the total per-annum cost is Rs. 3,19,500. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, or equivalent qualification from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE approved) with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Candidates appearing in the final semester (Semester VIII) of their qualifying examination are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of results within 30 days of commencement of the semester.
A valid GATE score in Electronics and Communications Engineering (EC) is required for GATE category admission; non-GATE candidates must appear for Nirma University's written test (syllabus same as GATE EC paper).

Admission Process

Apply online at the official Nirma University M.Tech admissions portal (admissions-mtech.nirmauni.ac.in).
Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,250.
GATE-qualified candidates with a valid qualifying score in EC are admitted based on GATE merit.
