Ans. CLAT PG is not strictly mandatory at BSAU. Admission is based on merit in the qualifying law degree (minimum 50% or CGPA 5.0). However, having a valid CLAT PG score strengthens your application. Candidates without CLAT PG scores may be considered based on their LLB/BBA LLB/BA LLB marks through direct merit-based selection.

Ans. The LLM (Criminal Law) at BSAU is a 1-year full-time programme. It is offered in regular, full-time mode on campus at the Crescent School of Law, Vandalur, Chennai.
