Eligibility Criteria

  • For M.Sc. in Home Science: Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Home Science, having studied Home Science in all semesters/years of the qualifying degree, from a recognised university.
  • General category candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates are eligible with a relaxation of 5% (i.e., 45% for OBC/PwBD; no minimum percentage for SC/ST except passing).
  • Candidates appearing in the final year of their qualifying examination are also eligible to apply provisionally, subject to fulfilling eligibility at the time of admission.
