Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension at GBPUAT is a government-funded programme with affordable fees. The total fee per semester includes tuition fee, library fee, examination fee, and other charges as per the official 2026-27 fee structure. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Agricultural Extension Education, Extension Education, Rural Development, Agriculture, or a related field from a recognised university with a minimum OGPA of 6.500/10.000 or 4.000/5.000 or First Division (55% marks in aggregate).
SC/ST candidates require a minimum OGPA of 6.000/10.000 or 3.500/5.000 or 50% marks.
Candidates appearing in the final year of their Master's programme are eligible to apply provisionally.

Admission Process

Application fee: Rs. 1,200 for General/OBC/Other State candidates; Rs. 600 for SC/ST candidates.
