VIT-AP Ph.D. ECE Fees
The Ph.D. (ECE) programme at VIT-AP is competitively priced for a private deemed university, with a tuition fee of INR 40,000 per annum for the Internal Full Time category. Over the minimum 3-year duration, the total tuition fee amounts to INR 1,20,000, with an additional one-time caution deposit of INR 3,000 (refundable) and a thesis fee of INR 10,000 payable at the time of thesis submission. Hostel accommodation is available on campus for research scholars (optional, not mandatory).

- Ph.D. (Deep Technology) carries the same fee structure: INR 40,000 per annum tuition fee, INR 3,000 caution deposit, and INR 10,000 thesis fee.
- Hostel fees (optional) are separate and range approximately from INR 50,000 to INR 2,10,000 per annum depending on room type (AC/Non-AC) and sharing.
- A hostel admission fee of INR 15,000 (non-refundable) and a caution deposit of INR 15,000 (refundable) are applicable at the time of hostel joining.
- Hostel fee is inclusive of room, mess, and laundry charges (up to 44 washes in 10 months).
- Hostel fee is subject to annual escalation.
