Gurugram University B.Tech EE Fees
The B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) programme at Gurugram University follows a progressive fee structure where tuition fees increase slightly each year. The total tuition fee for the 4-year programme for the general category is INR 4,00,000. In addition to tuition, students pay other charges such as registration, examination, and development fees each semester. There is no mandatory hostel fee as the university does not currently have on-campus hostel facilities at the Sector-51 campus.

- The tuition fee figures above are based on the 2025-26 fee structure for the general category.
- SC/ST students of Haryana are eligible for tuition fee reimbursement under the Post Matric Scholarship Scheme; their effective tuition fee can be as low as INR 1,500 per semester.
- EWS and BC (Backward Class) students are also eligible for fee concessions under Haryana government schemes.
- Registration fees are non-refundable. Refund of tuition fee on withdrawal is governed by HSTES/AICTE refund policy with full refund (minus processing charges) applicable before the last date of admission.
- No EMI facility is officially offered; however, students can avail education loans through the university's on-campus bank.
- Hostel fees are not applicable as there is no on-campus hostel at the Sector-51 campus currently.
