What Students Say
Likes
- It was a new city farther from my hometown. I wanted to get away for a bit.
I would define it as a basic, not very exciting experience. It's what you expect from a school in rural Utah. If you are looking for fun and excitement, go to the U. Not a single other school in Utah is worth going to.
Course Curriculum
Basic courses you can find in most colleges. Not very specialized in anything.
Faculty
Faculty is very caring and look out for you. Many emails for support, as well as free therapy.
Campus Life
Very quiet town. It was hard to make friends, not a ton to do if you don't like the outdoors.
Placement
Not a lot yet but they have open internships. They have lots of meetings with potential employers and encourage students to participate.
Accommodation
Rent in the area costs about $650-$1500.
Exams
There is no specific requirements, has a higher acceptance rate. They look at high school grades and SAT. Did not have to submit SOP, LORs, or CV. Was not required to verify or send this in.
Fees
$12,000
Scholarship
I received res transfer scholarship for $1500 per semester.
