In the past, campus placement programs were primarily offered to the top-performing students, who were seen as the most employable candidates. However, over time, these programs have become more inclusive and are now offered to a wider range of students, regardless of their academic performance. This has helped increase graduates’ employment opportunities and allowed companies to access a broader pool of talent. Campus placement plays a vital role in India where job opportunities are limited compared to the growing population. It serves as a stepping stone for students to jumpstart their careers and secure their futures.
ITS- The Education Group, which has led higher education in North India for more than 27 years, manages this NAAC-accredited college. ITS- The Education Group started its journey in the 1990s with the establishment of its first campus in Ghaziabad. After 27 years of growth and success, the Group now operates nine or more institutes with a student body of over 19,000 and a staff of over 1,200. The organization has also significantly impacted India's economy by awarding over 1400 scholarships.
ITS Engineering College was established in 2006 as a result of the group's efforts led by the honorable Chairman, Dr. R.P. Chadha's vision. The affiliations with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, and the range of specializations offered in Engineering and Management, demonstrate the college's commitment to providing students with a well-rounded education and preparing them for the industrial demands. Students can select a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical, Civil, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, CSE-AIML and CSE-Data Science. While students in the Master of Business Administration program can select specialization in the area of Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
Over a period, ITS Engineering College has become a popular choice for students pursuing engineering and management programs. Being a primary choice for engineering programs after 12th grade and for post-graduate studies in MBA is a significant accomplishment that reflects the college's commitment to providing students with a holistic education and practical experience.
With over 80% consistent placement record, the Institute has set a record-breaking high standard. More than 200 Companies have visited the campus for placement drives year after year and offered 385+ employment offers to students in the final year of their degree programs. The boundaries of engineering education have expanded beyond the classroom in modern times. With the assistance of NewGen IEDC, which was founded by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India in 2019, students can submit their innovative ideas which later materialize in technology-driven companies. 85 innovative projects will receive grant of Rs. 2.87 Crores and 74 ideas have already been developed and received grants, and 8 companies have filed patent applications.
