Non classroom learning (NCLs) Initiatives:

The institution has adopted an amalgamation of different teaching approaches to ensure that students receive best learning experiences. This includes a Personal Growth Lab which is planned and executed in a serene location away from the hustle and bustle of the city and campus life. PG lab is scheduled at the beginning of the participants’ MBA journey as a 4-day experiential learning intervention.

NCL also includes a transformative course called Abhyudaya in which participants of the full-time PGDM and PGDM (BM) programme mentor school children from underprivileged backgrounds. These bright school children are called Sitara, which means a star.

Apart from this, students pursuing their dream courses with the college are regularly involved in different committees under the Assessment and Development of Managerial and Administrative Potential (ADMAP) initiative at S.P. Jain. Last but not the least, students get to work on real world projects through collaboration with the organizations working in the social sector.
