What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

As a leader, I believe in helping students reach their full potential, not just academically but also as individuals. I believe a leader should shape responsible citizens who care about the community and in the bigger picture, I see education as one of the key players in building a stronger and better nation. It’s about connecting what happens in the classroom to the greater good of our country.

How does the curriculum of the college ensure the best practice of industry?

We are committed to providing a curriculum that aligns with current industry standards and incorporates guest lectures from industry experts. Our curriculum is all about keeping up with what industries are looking for. We can also say that it is like getting a first-hand look at what’s going on in the real world so that our students are prepared for any challenge thrown at them when they start working.

Any insights into how your institute could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

At our college, we are doing a lot of things, like providing scholarships, organising cultural events, and setting up committees that focus on diversity. All of this is done to make sure everyone in the institute feels included and welcome. We try to create a friendly and diverse environment where everyone’s differences are celebrated and valued.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the Institution and the students are?

As a principal, I have a few main jobs to perform, which include working on planning what students are going to learn, meaning I work on the curriculum and courses. I work to make sure that the teachers are well-trained and up to date. I ensure to help students by finding them mentors and connecting the institution with industries to facilitate internships and jobs.

What would you like people to know about your Institute they may not know?

I want people to know that our institute does more than just regular classes. The institute is involved in the community and offers programs to help out the nearby communities. We also provide training in digital skills to help the students keep up with the modern world. Apart from this, students also take part in some of the best projects and activities. It is not just about books; we are making a difference in the lives of our students and those around us beyond the classroom.

What do you see as your college’s greatest strengths?

Our college is different from other colleges because of a few key reasons. Firstly, we are good at academics, as we aim for excellence in teaching and learning. Then, we make sure students are well-prepared for the professional world through practical training. We help the students get their dream jobs as per their potential upon successful completion of the course. We make sure that the student succeeds in their studies and careers.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?

My suggestion for the current youth would be that they should be ready to change with the job market, handle the impact of new technologies, and work towards fixing unfairness in society. It is quite similar to gearing up for shifts in what jobs you are doing, dealing with how technology is always changing things, and trying to make the world a better place for everyone. It is about being flexible, tech-savvy, and helping to make things better.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in institute?

In my opinion, to make or establish healthy relations in the institute, one should be focused on building a positive vibe on the campus. This means getting everyone, including the students, teachers, and staff, to talk openly with each other. Moreover, there should be mutual respect between everyone and work collaboratively together.
