Being a Faculty of Kopal Institute, what are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

My roles and responsibilities are to take academic sessions in the Mechanical & Civil Engineering department, I am also responsible for skill development of the students such as machine designing, it is a government programme, I am also responsible for the admission & counselling of the students.

How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

To build a healthy relationship among all we play together with each other in the evening in order to understand each other as a team, as well all come under a particular umbrella so working together helps un know about each other more through that we are able to give a support to each other in the area where one person lack.

How do you strategize the curriculum and how often it gets updated to make it beneficial for the students?

We update our curriculum as per the Industry standards as we are affiliated to RGPV, so any changes made are updated immediately in order to give a better education to the students as the market is currently volatile so in order to be the best we have to provide the best, additionally we also do webinars, seminars & expert oriented sessions in order to provide the best possible education to the students.

How do you help your student to cope up with the competition being so high in the outside world?

Nowadays the market is tough and to be the best you have to be outstanding or i can say versatile from the crowd though which you may shine as compared to other individuals out their, we help our students to learn about the subject that they have learned today in the class & revise the same in their home which makes the knowledge intact, additionally we provide them various additional courses which boosts their skills & gain additional knowledge in order to become the best candidate.

Do you have any extracurricular activities/ programs to enhance the skills of the students or expose them to real world challenges?

Yes, we offer extracurricular activities such as webinars, seminars & sports events which enhances the students skills & confidence while providing the education to the students. I believe that events also play an important role in order to develop the student.

Any valuable advice would you like to give to your students to have a prosperous career ahead?

I want my students to think about their purpose, students comes with their parents in order to educate their child on a particular stream, they don’t think where the student will go after learning particular subject, so my point is that they should think what they want to do in their life an accordingly should move on with the same.
